Norbert Gottwald takes his well-deserved retirement

After almost 20 years of dedicated service, we bid farewell to our long-standing employee Norbert Gottwald at a small ceremony.

He went through several stages in his professional life before he was hired by us on 26 October 2004. He initially worked as a metalworker in the bar turning department in 3-shift operation before moving to the assembly area for drinker nipples as a machine and plant operator in 2009. In his laudatory speech, Markus von der Assen thanked him for his commitment and emphasised that Norbert Gottwald had been an important member of the LUBING team from the very beginning. For his colleagues, he was a reliable partner who always responded flexibly to all requirements. His calm and composed manner, coupled with his professional expertise, made him a highly valued colleague.

The management, the HR department, the representative for the head of department and the works council bid Norbert Gottwald farewell on Friday, 30 August 2024 with a gift and a heartfelt thank you for his many years of commitment. Finally, everyone wished him all the best and much joy in his new phase of life.
