AUTOMATED GUTTER SYSTEM AGS
The AGS was developed to reduce overheads and increase efficiency at the same time. It focuses on the automation of small to medium sized greenhouses and is suitable for any size of greenhouse.
One of the main requirements for this system was to keep both germination and harvesting at the front of the greenhouse to increase operational efficiency for small growers.
This is made possible by two conveyor belts, one of which transports the gutters to the back of the greenhouse and the other returns them to the front. A transfer belt is integrated at the other end to move the gutters.
The result: less walking along the greenhouse and less manpower required.

Gutter spacing

Irrigation and fertigation

- The gutters are filled via hoses on the aisle side
Transfer unit

- Fully automatic and safe transfer between the conveyor sections
Trolley
Features
- A trolley for maintenance and for transporting various items is optional
- This can also be used as a base for a sprayer for treating the plants
